Who are we?
I, Kaan Toker, and my wife, Zeynep Toker, carried our thirty years of career into this field to achieve our passion for producing healthy and delicious ice cream. “BODRUM DONDURMACISI” was founded in 2017 as a family business.
For many years, I organized the selling of ice cream on the sea with twenty-one boats by fighting against the heat without having electricity. Awareness of the importance of unadulterated food, the favorableness of industrial food production, the fact that the ice cream in our heart is something different even though I have been selling ice cream for thirty years, our desire to be a part of the efforts of protecting “Bodrum Tangerine” that is losing its battle against urbanization are the reasons why “BODRUM DONDURMACISI” exists.
